Description:
This vegetarian version of Pat Chun Chili Bean Sauce is made from quality fermented soy beans and chili, without any garlic (the Chinese consider bulbous plants to be non-vegetarian). It makes a wonderful dipping sauce, salad dressing, stir-frying sauce and marinade.
