Stir-Fried Shredded Chicken with Ma Po Chili Sauce
Serves 4 Persons
Ingredients
300g chicken meat, shredded
90g leek, sliced
Sauce:
3 tablespoons Pat Chun Ma Po Chili Sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon water
Preparation
Stir-fry chicken in 2 tablespoons of oil until nearly done.
Add Sauce and leek. Mix well. Stir-fry until cooked through.
