Stir-Fried Chicken Fillets with Celery in Oyster Sauce

Serves 2 - 3 Persons

Preparation


    Marinate chicken strips for 1 hour. sauté in warm oil. Set aside.
    Gently fry celery with oil and salt. Remove from heat.
    Sauté ginger, garlic and carrot with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add chicken strips. Stir in celery and Sauce. Mix well and serve.
