Braised Chicken Wings
Serves 4 Persons
Ingredients
400g chicken wings (middle joint)
Sauce
:
6 tablespoons Pat Chun Braising Sauce
1/2 cup water
Preparation
Blanch chicken wings for 1/2 minute in hot water. Drain.
Bring Sauce to the boil in a large pot.
Add chicken wings. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until done.
