Stir-Fried Roasted Duck with Plum Sauce

Ingredients
250g roasted duck meat, cut into pieces
1 bell pepper, cut into pieces
Sauce
:
3 tablespoons Pat Chun Plum Sauce
1 tablespoon water
Preparation
Stir-fry bell pepper in 1 tablespoon of oil for 1 minute.
Add duck and Sauce. Stir-fry until heated through.
