200g E-fu noodles
90g straw mushrooms, sliced
4 Chinese mushrooms, soaked, squeezed dry and thinly sliced
50g yellow chives, sliced
Sauce:
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons Pat Chun Oyster Sauce
1 teaspoon corn starch
Preparation
Blanch E-fu noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.
Sauté Chinese mushrooms and straw mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of oil until
fragrant. Add E-fu noodles, yellow chives and Sauce. Stir-fry until sauce
thickens.
