Braised E-Fu Noodles with Oyster Sauce

    Blanch E-fu noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.
    Sauté Chinese mushrooms and straw mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of oil until fragrant. Add E-fu noodles, yellow chives and Sauce. Stir-fry until sauce thickens.
