Steamed Spareribs with Pickled Plums

Serves 4 Persons

Preparation


    Marinate spareribs.
    Add red bell pepper to spareribs and mix well. Stir in 3 tablespoons of oil.
    Spread out mixture on dish and leave for 3 to 4 hours.
    Steam over high heat for 12 minutes or until cooked through.
    Remove from heat. Sprinkle with spring onion. Serve.
