Prawns in Garlic Black Bean Sauce
Serves 2 - 3 Persons
Ingredients
300g fresh prawns, cleaned
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Sauce
:
1 tablespoon Pat Chun Garlic Black Bean Sauce
Preparation
Blanch prawns in hot oil for a few seconds.
Arrange prawns on a plate. Pour Sauce over prawns. Steam for 4 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
