Salad with Vegetables and Crispy Bread
Serves 2 - 3 Persons

Preparation
Combine salad dressing ingredients in small jar. Shake well just before
serving.
Place butter, garlic and diced baguette in pan. Cook over low heat and stir
until bread is golden brown. Dish up and leave to cool.
Line base of salad bowl with lettuce. Place cherry tomatoes, eggs, cheese and
bread on bed of lettuce. Serve with salad dressing.
