Steamed Stuffed Mushrooms served with Seafood Sauce

Serves 4 Persons

Preparation


    Marinate Chinese mushrooms.
    Marinate dace. Stir well until sticky. Stir in spring onion.
    Dust Chinese mushrooms with corn starch. Stuff with minced dace.
    Steam stuffed mushrooms for about 12 minutes or until cooked through. Drain excess liquid.
    Pour 2 tablespoons of hot oil and Pat Chun Seafood Sauce over stuffed mushrooms. Serve immediately.
